The Alliance 8.7 was selected to present at this year's Paris Peace Forum on 12th and 13th November, 2019.
The Alliance was invited to hold a high level panel with the Director General of the International Labour Organization, the Secretary General of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the French Minister of Labour, the Secretary General of Mines from DRC, Survivor Activist Ms Evelyn Chumbow and the Chief Sustainability Officer of Schneider Electric.

The Alliance also had the opportunity to present a pitch to over 2000 participants at this year's forum and to receive questions from other project leaders and participants over the two day event.
Multiple heads of state took the stage on issues of global governance, including French president Emmanuel Macron.
